Palomar Airport (CRQ) located in Carlsbad, CA offers User Fee Customs Service daily between the hours of 9AM
and 5PM (off-hours service available by appointment only). This service has one dedicated ramp space and customs office
located at the base of the FAA Control Tower. Upon landing, you may contact the Control Tower for directions to the
Customs facility on your radio at 118.6 Mhz.
If you are coming from Canada, it is not necessary to file an overflight permit. To make an appointment for clearance
please call 760-431-4622.
If your flight is arriving from an alternate foreign airport other than Canada, you can expect a 24-48 hour processing
time for the overflight permit.
