Jet Source Names Jim Grindrod, Chief Pilot

Carlsbad-CA Jet Source recently announced Jim Grindrod to the position of Chief Pilot.

In his new position Grindrod will direct all aspects of the flight operations department. He will be responsible for building a team of professionals, which will oversee the development of improved safety standards, and measures that directly support the Jet Source customer satisfaction policy. Grindrod will also direct crewmember planning, and will introduce an enhanced pilot recruitment program, enabling Jet Source to select the best pilots available in the marketplace.

" It is one of my goals to ensure that all of our crew members enjoy their job, it's the passion for flying that is the primary reason why we pursue a flying career. Somewhere along the way many pilots forget this, and get tied up with the day to day problems of business aviation" said Grindrod.

Grindrod has over 16 years of experience in Aviation, 10 years of which as an Aviation Manager and Chief Pilot. He will report directly to Frank Milian, Jet Source's President and COO.
