| Jet Source Promotes Senior Management Executives and Aviation Experts
Company announces four promotions, signaling continued growth and prosperity
Carlsbad, Calif. — (February 26, 2007) — Jet Source, a full-service aviation firm, headquartered at
the McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, Calif., today announced the promotion of four senior staff
positions. Established in 1997, Jet Source continues to increase its economic impact throughout the
aviation industry and San Diego County. From senior leadership to avionics experts, pilots, service
technicians and customer service representatives, Jet Source employs more than 100 staff members in San
Diego. In preparation for opening a second facility in Henderson, Nevada next spring, Jet Source expects
to continue its steady growth path and expand to nearly 130 employees by the end of the year. Jet
Source’s recent company promotions include:
Daiva Gedgaudas – Vice President and Controller
With more than 20 years of accounting experience, Gedgaudas is responsible for all financial affairs,
human resources and information technology. In addition, she will support Frank Milian, president
and CEO with special projects.
Megan Cunningham – Vice President, Charter Services Cunningham brings more than 10 years of aviation and customer relations experience to her new
role. She will guide the expansion of Jet Source’s Charter Services division and oversee the
operations department. During her tenure with Jet Source, Cunningham has proven her expertise in
exceeding client expectations by maintaining impeccable service for each chartered flight.
Jim Grindrod – Director of Operations
An experienced pilot, Grindrod is equipped with more than 20 years of aviation and management
expertise. He is now responsible for flight operation activities, including the maintenance
department. Under his leadership, he maintains the strictest standards in hiring and training Jet
Source crew members, to ensure our safety standards far exceed FAA Part 135 regulations.
Jay Brentzel – Chief Pilot
Brentzel is responsible for pilots assigned to Jet Source aircraft, and assists in training and flight
standards. He possesses more than 6,000 hours in flight time and is type rated in three aircraft types
currently operated at Jet Source. Prior to joining Jet Source, Brentzel also served as a chief pilot and
check airmen.
With Jet Source’s 10-year anniversary on the horizon, Frank Milian, president and COO, is delighted to
share his thanks to these employees for their commitment to the company’s mission in providing

In 2008, Jet Source will open a new, state-of-the-art facility in Henderson, Nevada, that will consist of two
35,000 square foot hangars and an executive terminal. The new second location will offer aircraft charter,
management, maintenance, avionics, aircraft sales/acquisitions and fuel sales to tenant customers.
