New Relationship with Spectrum Aeronautical Brings Very Light Jet 'VLJ' Aircraft with Three Unique Options for Jet Ownership Shares

Carlsbad, Calif. - (June 12, 2007) - Jet Source, a full-service aviation firm celebrating its 10 year anniversary announced an exciting new business alliance with Spectrum Aeronautical LLC that will bring new 'Very Light Jet' aircraft - including the Spectrum 33 and Spectrum 40 - for clients to enjoy as part of its new shared ownership program. Set to launch with a new brand identity in September, Jet Source will enter the shared ownership market with three Unique offerings that are tailored to suit the interests of business, individuals and licensed pilots in private travel.

This is one of several major announcements that was shared by Frank Milian, President and COO, at a commemorative 10-year anniversary reception at the company's headquarters on May 15, dedicated to honoring its staff, partners, clients and associates. The celebratory social event included live entertainment, cocktails and dinner, as well as a special presentation highlighting Jet Source's exponential growth (experienced 177 percent growth over last four years) and expansion of its scope of offerings to a broader client base.

Milian shared the company's plans to soar to new heights in his presentation at the anniversary event. Looking ahead to 2008, Jet Source will also open a new, state-of-the-art facility in Henderson, Nev., which will consist of two 35,000 square foot hangars and an executive terminal. The second location will offer aircraft charter, aircraft management, maintenance, avionics, and aircraft sales/acquisitions.

Jet Source developed three options for shared ownership to suit the ever-growing demand for private aviation travel.*

• SHARED OWNERSHIP
  Ownership shares will be available for purchase in increments of one-eighth (1/8) shares with each of those shares representing 100 hours of flight time annually. Jet Source will provide professionally trained and experienced flight crews, along with complete management, operational and maintenance support.


• OWNER PILOT CLUB
  Unique to market, licensed pilots will soon be able to experience flight in a jet-powered aircraft when flying with a Jet Source mentor pilot. The 1/8 ownership options will incorporate transition pilot training and a private "members only" flying club.


• TRAVEL CARD
  Jet Source will offer a pre-paid card program for clients to enjoy charter flights aboard the Spectrum fleet of aircraft and flown by professional flight crews. Starting at 25 hours of time, clients can make travel plans to destinations such as Las Vegas or Aspen up to six times per year. Opportunities will be available to use hours toward larger and longer range aircraft within the current Jet Source charter fleet.
