Jet Source Expands Charter Services Fleet of Aircraft
Four new aircraft – Westwind II, Two Hawker 800s and a Hawker 400-731 – bring new options to private aviation travel
Carlsbad, Calif. — (Sept. 25, 2007) — Jet Source, a full-service aviation firm, today announced the addition of a Westwind II, two Hawker 800As and a Hawker 400-731 to its growing fleet of charter aircraft. Now available for private travel, these new charter aircraft will allow customers to travel greater distances in increased comfort. These aircraft offer luxurious club seating for up to eight passengers, complete cabin entertainment systems and a range of 1800 to 2200 nautical miles depending on the aircraft selected. All four aircraft will be based at the company’s headquarters, the McClellan-Palomar Airport (KCRQ) in Carlsbad, California.

Westwind II
The Westwind II has “can do“ mission capability. Designed to provide longer range travel at a more affordable price, this versatile jet offers our customers a lower cost travel alternative. The Westwind II aircraft can comfortably seat up to eight passengers with club seating and has an expanded baggage compartment. There is plenty of room for the entire family’s baggage and all of their sports equipment for a fabulous winter ski vacation. There is also a convenient mini galley located in the forward cabin, a private aft cabin lavatory and the added convenience of an in-flight phone. The Westwind II has very impressive long-range, non-stop route capability of approximately 2,200 miles or up to six hours of flight time.
Hawker 400-731
The Hawker 400-731 is a member of the well respected Hawker family and is the predecessor of the well known Hawker 800, 800XP and the latest Hawker 950. This particular aircraft brings a chic interior incorporating a leopard print two-place divan and individual club eating for five additional passengers. The Hawker 400-731 offers a large forward galley, stand-up cabin and an aft located lavatory. To help keep passengers entertained during their “up to 1800 nautical flight“ this aircraft is equipped with DVD and CD entertainment systems. Our services allow our clients to jet set from San Diego to anywhere in the Northwest or Midwest in non-stop comfort and style.
